Special Arrangement during Adverse Weather

In case of inclement weather, the arrangement of WWF Centres and public tours/ activities are listed as following:

Rescheduling, No Refund and Cancellation Policy When a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or Amber/Red/Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted during our outdoor programmes, WWF-Hong Kong will move the activity indoors. There will be no refund or rescheduling of activities.
When the Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or Red/Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted, or when the Air Quality Health Index reaches band 10+ (local district) before the start of the activity, WWF-Hong Kong will reschedule another visit date when a programme is cancelled, with minimum 3-hour notification.
For cancellations less than 14 days prior to our programme and ‘no shows’, which are regarded as cancellation without notice, no refunds will be given and the full payment will be charged.
For any request for cancellation made 14 days or more before an event WWF-Hong Kong will endeavour to reschedule the programme to another date. Refunds will not normally be given and any refund will be at the discretion of WWF-Hong Kong.
WWF-Hong Kong retains the right to change the above “Rescheduling, No Refund and Cancellation Policy” at its own discretion at any time. The English version of these guidelines shall always prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
