Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the staff recruitment and selection process, select CVs and conduct interviews
- Assist in training and development activities, including coordinating in-house training programmes, managing staff external training records and conducting staff orientation programmes
- Coordinate company-wide staff activities such as All Staff Gathering, Spring Dinner/Lunch and be the MC of such staff functions
- Other duties include handling employment visa applications for expatriates, participating in safety and health activities, conducting exit interviews and assisting in add hoc HR projects
Job Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines, with English at Grade D (Syl.B) or above in HKCEE / HKAL Examination
- 2-4 years relevant experience with solid experience in staff recruitment
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Requirements:

WWF, one of the world's largest independent conservation organizations is looking for a highly motivated individual to lead its Climate Team to effectively deliver climate conservation solutions.
Reporting to the Director of Conservation, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Climate Programme, develop and implement appropriate projects and activities and manage staff performance for the achievement of the objectives and milestones of the five year Strategic Plan. You are expected to provide an expert-level analysis of climate change and energy issues and in particular their relevance to the commercial and political situation in Hong Kong and Southern China, and to provide advice to the organization on the impacts of climate change. You will also have to work with Marketing and Fundraising to raise sufficient funds to support the climate projects.
To qualify, you should ideally possess a good MSC./PhD with 8-10 years of experience in a managerial role and have a broad range of in-depth knowledge on climate issues, and to a lesser extent, air pollution. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to develop visions and lead teams to deliver large scale projects on time and within budget. A strategic thinker and self-starter, you should be a result orientated individual with strong people management, negotiating and influencing skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are desirable. Spoken and written Cantonese or Mandarin would be a distinct advantage.

Requirements:

| Centre Manager, Mai Po Nature Reserve (Job Code: S ¡V CMMP) |
WWF, one of the world's largest independent conservation organizations is looking for an exceptional administrator to manage its internationally renowned Mai Po Nature Reserve (MPNR) which is located at Tam Kon Chau, Mai Po, Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong.
This position will report to the Director of Conservation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exciting and diverse visitor experience to the general public, providing the facilities to support the education programs delivered by the WWF Education Team, and maintaining a high level of public awareness on issues relating to the MPNR in conjunction with the Communications Team. You will be supported in the development and maintenance of the MPNR habitats according to the objectives and timetables set out in the Mai Po Management Plan by a highly skilled technical team. The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all external stakeholders, cooperate and provide support to different internal departments and programmes as and when necessary whilst balancing their differing needs will require excellent judgment, interpersonal and negotiating skills. Strong financial management of the Reserve is essential together with the ability to liaise with the Government regarding the Mai Po Management Plan and annual budget.
The main qualifications and experience required are:
- a tertiary education
- a reliable and efficient administrator with 10+ years experience of operational management and marketing of a similar facility, preferably in the tourism sector
- a leader with great people management skills to lead to team of 20+ people
- a strong negotiation and relationship building skills to manage relationships with government officials, community leaders, other stakeholders to ensure the on-going cooperation of these parties;
- a proven ability to prepare and manage budgets within tight financial constraints;
- working for a non-Chinese Conservation Director, excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English are essential. Some knowledge of Putonghua would be a distinct advantage;
- a strong interest in conservation and environmental issues is desirable,
- a valid driving licence is essential due to the remoteness of the Centre.
