Volunteer – Accounting Assistant (6 months)
(Ref. Code: W-VAC6)

• Provide accounting and daily operation support to the Finance team
• Assist in performing financial analysis, data collection and research
• Assist the team in performing ad hoc assignments if necessary

• Higher diploma or above, major in Accounting, Finance or Business-related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience in using accounting software for financial analysis
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
• Pleasant, detail-minded and good communication skills
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Retired person are highly welcome to apply

Please note that this is a voluntary job without any pay or benefits. We are looking for volunteers with commitment to work for 6 months (2 to 3 days or 5 half days a week). Financial Analyst (Job Code: W - FA)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper records for revenue, accounts receivable and provide timely income reconciliation
• Explore opportunities or alternatives to improve the existing process through system support, standardize and establish new process flow
• Provide extensive financial analysis for accounts team and other operation units
• Assist in the budget and forecast work and provide timely management reports to WWF International and senior management
• Assist in the implementation of project reporting
• Assist in accounting and operations system development

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or related disciplines with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Qualified Accountant or a student of HKICPA or relevant qualification
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Flex System preferred
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and proactive
• Good team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to organize work in a busy working environment
• Immediately available preferred
