Dr David Gallacher is an Executive Director at AECOM with over 23 years’ experience in the environmental sector. He has an academic background in ecology and environmental management, and has experience in a wide range of project types including environmental planning, impact assessment and monitoring, biodiversity management and habitat creation, sustainable urban design, and Nature-based Solutions. Dr Gallacher has worked on hundreds of projects in the Middle East and Asia Pacific, including award winning projects such as Dashahe urban river restoration in Shenzhen, and Tung Chung eco-shoreline in Hong Kong.
