Mr Joe Pan has been the leading voice and advocate in the Web3 space for linking ESG metrics and impact creation to digital assets. He is a contributing editor to NFTMetta.com and Blockchain Asset Review and writes on Web3 trends regularly. Mr Pan is also a general partner of a Web3 venture fund and co-founder of Carbon Neutral Club, where he works with like-minded people and organizations that are at the forefront of impact for advancing the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

As an environmental entrepreneur and a journalist, Mr Pan has served as the editorial director and contributing editor for NFTMetta.com and BlockchainAssetReview.com which focus on ESG related digital assets in the Web3 space. He is also a co-founder of a green metaverse and a project showcasing the work of the Kowloon King (www,kok.xyz), Hong Kong’s cultural icon and most famous street calligrapher. Mr Pan has been a longtime member of Asian American Journalists Association - Asia Chapter and an executive committee member of the chapter’s annual N3 Conference since 2013. He is a current member of the board of governor of Foreign Correspondents Club Hong Kong.

Mr Pan has worked in the journalism and media management industry for over two decades, including at traditional newspapers from local weekly papers to the LA Times as well radio stations. He launched his own consultancy before moving to Asia in 2007. Mr Pan returned to media and content production in 2019, when he joined Forkast News as the Head of Studio and started his fascination with the Web3 space.
