Edward M. Ho

Edward M. Ho has been involved with the organisation since 2012, serving previously as Chairman from 2014-2020, and prior to that as member of the Finance Committee and Development Committee.

As a senior executive with 20 years of experience in the financial markets and asset management industry, Edward has been bringing a wealth of financial expertise and commercial experience to the non-profit community in Hong Kong.

As former Chairman of the Board in Hong Kong, he has particular interest in driving the area of environment conservation education and is spearheading an initiative to develop Mai Po Nature Reserve into a “21st Century Nature Classroom”.

Apart from his role with the WWF, Edward has a number of other advisory roles. He is a task force member of the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund under the Commission on Poverty in Hong Kong, and he serves as a board member of Grantham Hospital.

Edward received an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business Management from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He lives in Hong Kong and is married with two children.
