Dr Timothy Bonebrake is an Associate Professor in the School of Biological Sciences and Division of Ecology & Biodiversity at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). He heads the Global Change and Tropical Conservation lab, which specialises in research on tropical climate change impacts, wildlife trade, urban ecology and endangered species management.

Dr Chan May Kuen Sylvia is currently the Principal of Ying Wa Primary School. She is a Director of HKEdCity, a Council Member of the Education University of Hong Kong, as well as a committee member of organisations and government departments including the Social Welfare Advisory Committee, Committee on Professional Development of Teachers and Principals, Advisory Council on the Environment, Hong Kong Arts Development Council and Hong Kong St. John Ambulance.

Irene is a Partner of KPMG China with over 20 years of experience in providing audit and IPO services and more recently ESG advisory. She has worked with a variety of industries including technology, consumer markets, healthcare, life sciences, robotics and ecommerce.

Professor David Dudgeon is Chair Professor of Ecology & Biodiversity and Director of the School of Biological Sciences in the Science Faculty at the University of Hong Kong, where he has served previously as Associate Dean (Research) and Chairman of the Faculty Board.

William W. Flanz is the Chairman and Senior Advisor of the Investment Committee of Fung Investment Management Ltd. He is also a member of the Investment and Portfolio Management Committees of Baring Private Equity Asia.

David M.H. Fong is active in voluntary work. Currently, he is Life Honorary Chairman of The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Court Member of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Advisor of Our Hong Kong Foundation and Executive Council Member & Trustee of WWF Hong Kong.

Alun C Grassick worked in the Hong Kong Office of KPMG China from 1988 to 2017 (as a partner from 1995 to 2017), specialising in providing auditing services and professional advice on financial reporting and corporate governance matters to listed companies in Hong Kong. Graduating from Edinburgh University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in geography, Alun became a chartered accountant in 1987 and is a Fellow and an ICAEW Business and Finance Professional of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Fellow of the HKIPCA.

Christopher Harrocks was appointed Global Head of Balance Sheet Optimisation, Credit and Capital Management, Corporate and Institutional Banking, in May 2025. Prior to this role, from October 2021, Christopher was Regional Treasurer, Asia Pacific, where he oversaw all Markets Treasury and Asset, Liability and Capital Management activities in the region.

Edward M. Ho was the Chairman of the Executive Council at WWF-Hong Kong from 2014-2021. Prior to that, he has been actively involved with the organisation since 2012 as member of the Finance Committee and Development Committee.

Kate Hodson is a partner at Ogier and Global Head of ESG Funds for the firm. Kate has been a member of WWF-Hong Kong's Finance Committee since 2019 and joined the Board in 2020. Kate was born in Hong Kong (the same year when WW-Hong Kong was founded!) and is passionate about supporting Hong Kong's conservation activites and protecting the environment.

Philip Mok is the president of the Hong Kong Tennis Association and co-founder and Vice Chairman of Verde Holding Limited, an apparel design and manufacturing company based in Hong Kong and China. Since its conception in 2001 the company has expanded rapidly, serving major international brands. He believes strongly in giving back to society and serves as a Trustee and Executive Council Member of the WWF-Hong Kong and a member of the Board of Governors of the Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation.

Arthur Mui has been serving as a Trustee of WWF-Hong Kong since 2014, actively contributing to the organization's corporate governance and strategic initiatives as a valued member of the Executive Council, Finance Committee and Development Committee.

Ms. Katherine Ng is the Head of Listing at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEX”). She joined HKEX in 2013 as the Head of Policy of the Listing Division. Prior to joining HKEX, Ms. Ng served as Political Assistant to the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury of the Hong Kong Government, worked in an international investment bank and an international law firm in Hong Kong and London.

Douglas C.K. Woo is Chairman and Managing Director of Wheelock and Company. He is on the boards or governing bodies of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong, Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, WWF-Hong Kong and the Nature Conservancy.
